Thank you Amy! We first worked with Amy Peacock Smith at Ethan Allen a few years ago to complete a family room project and she was a fantastic partner. It was our first time working with a designer and she was a tremendous help in navigating the process. She met us in the showroom and also made visits to the space, asking questions and suggesting ideas and layouts. Her understanding and input made the whole experience easy. When it came time to refresh a room a few months ago, we called Amy without hesitation and once again she made the process enjoyable. She is creative, responsive, and a wonderful listener. Amy seeks to understand our objectives and then thoughtfully proposes alternatives. She navigated our choices with endless patience and a smile along the way. Amy is an absolute joy to work with, and I look forward to our next project together.

Judy provided exceptional customer service and the furniture that I received was outstanding. While waiting for my two chairs the sofa that I received gave my basement a comfortable setting.

We were lucky to work with Amy Smith while choosing furniture for our new house from Richmond, Virginia’s Ethan Allen store. Amy’s design talent and expertise, along with her excellent listening skills, helped us to crystallize the vision for our home. Her suggestions were always helpful, thoughtful and productive. At one point she had me sit in every armchair in the store to find the one most comfortable for me. Amy exuded patience and good humor throughout our very extensive collaboration. We’re so grateful for such a positive and beneficial experience!
