We had 75inch 5 year old Sony tv called to see if they could fix , they said it was possible we had to give them size brand model number ext , we did all that they came the following day. came out said it was possible . Then we were called the following day to be told they could no longer get the parts for this tv in Australia . We had given them those details prior to them even coming out . Happy to try to fix as we liked the tv but we can’t understand why they wouldn’t check to see if they were still Able to parts prior to checking and the extra for call out fee .
