I had a 9 AM appointment to get waxed. I got there early because I had a coupon from the Murphy location to get a free complementary wax with another wax that I ordered. The only reason why I didn’t go to Murphy was because my wax person was no longer working there so I Thought let me just go to a closer location. When I got there, there was no greeting there Were two ladies at the front desk I’m assuming one was either a lead receptionist in another one that was in training or the person was a manager. I tried to tell what was going on. She was dismissive a little bit. I understood because she was on the phone but when she got off, she still didn’t acknowledge my Question. What made me leave was the fact that once they were done and both of them had no other people around them they still never acknowledged me and they talked about me as if I wasn’t there. I ended up leaving and just canceling saying I didn’t feel welcomed. I was dressed pretty comfortable clothes because it’s cold outside. I felt a little discriminated against because I am a person of color as well as I was dressed in casual attire. I will be going to Murphy or the Addison location going forward Until my wax passes are completed , then I’m just gonna find another company to get my services.

I visited a local EU Wax Center while on business travel. It was easy to find and schedule an appointment online and the Garland location’s staff (Grace) was helpful in getting my appointment rescheduled to a later time. And my wax specialist, Valeria, was an amazing recommendation. I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen and Valeria made me feel comfortable and tried to get to know me during my session. She was efficient and did a great job! Despite dreading the overdue waxing, it was not as painful as a previous experience and it was over before I knew it! Thank you Valeria for helping me beach trip ready!

I came in a bit nervous, wanting to try the “First Wax Free” promotion and let me tell you, I am so happy with my entire experience. I went in as a walk-in and the receptionist was wonderful, the office was peaceful, and I felt very comfortable. My Wax Specialist Ariel brought me back immediately, talked with me about the service I was getting, asked me if I had any questions, and we got started. She explained everything she was doing, and really made it feel like a spa experience. She gave me good aftercare recommendations, and made sure i could reach out if I had any issues. I’m extremely happy with my experience, and Ariel was amazing and made me feel like a million bucks. I will definitely be back to this European Wax Center location!
