Service was great! The receptionist Tariell was very welcoming and made my check in process easy! My service with Elizabeth was GREAT. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. The service was quick, thorough, and the results were flawless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

shartavia was amazing. The first time there was a small issue, but she was extremely professional about it and immediately offered to fix it for free. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I’m honestly so happy with the final result. She’s super kind, patient, and clearly cares about her clients and her work. I really appreciate how she handled everything and I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!

The young woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. Ari was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. However, I did notice that a noticeable amount of hair was not fully removed, and there was quite a bit of wax left in my private area afterward. Other than that, Ari was good, and I appreciated her professionalism.
