She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I’m honestly so happy with the final result. The young woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. Ari was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. However, I did notice that a noticeable amount of hair was not fully removed, and there was quite a bit of wax left in my private area afterward. Other than that, Ari was good, and I appreciated her professionalism.
