I had such an amazing experience with Shontau! She was so gentle and efficient, which I really appreciated—especially being 8 months pregnant! She immediately made me feel comfortable, adjusted everything to accommodate my bump, and kept me laughing the whole time. She’s not only great at what she does but also such a warm, funny conversationalist. I left feeling smooth, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone (especially other moms-to-be)!

I’ve been going to her for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say she’s the BEST of the best! Every appointment is such a great experience she’s professional, gentle, and makes you feel so comfortable every time. The results are always flawless, and her energy is just amazing. Irina is the best. I’ve gone to a number of people over the years and I’ve never had a more patient, consistent, friendly and funny consultant. She always goes over and above. I don’t live or work close to her location but will travel at least once a month if not more to go see her.

Shontau is AMAZING! I can’t emphasize it enough. She made my wax such a smooth experience even though I hadn’t been in quite a while and I had shaved in between. She took such care to make sure it wasn’t painful for me at all. She is so easy to talk to I wasn’t even focused on getting waxed. She also gave me advice on how to achieve the best results and how to maintain the wax. This is the best waxing experience, Shontau is great and so knowledgeable!
