I’ve been getting my nails done here for the last half year or so and the quality is always great. Highly recommend hard gel, my manicures easily last 4 weeks! They have a wide selection of colors and the nail techs are always super detail oriented and skilled. They do an amazing job every time!

Panda nails is honestly one of the best nail salons I have been to in NYC. Their attention to detail is unparalleled!!! I’ve sat down with a few different nail techs there and they are all good. Highly suggest you give them a try

I went to Panda Nails in Chelsea for the first time. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, relaxing vibes, and they have a great range of colors. I booked the $85 promo package (express gel manicure + scrub pedicure). That said, I was a bit disappointed with the results. My cuticles weren’t cleaned or trimmed on properly either my manicure or pedicure. The gel polish on my toes looks uneven, with bumps and streaks, and one toenail already looks rough and worn down after only a short time. On my hands, the polish wasn’t applied smoothly to the edges, and the finish isn’t as clean as I expected. The pictures are taken on the same day that i got them done. I usually do Russian gel manicures where the cuticle work and overall finish are flawless, so I wanted to give Japanese gel a try. I completely understand this may not have been my nail tech’s best day, but for the price, even as a promo, I expected a better experience. Honestly, if I needed to pay $20–30 more to get a cleaner, more polished look, I would. But in that case, it defeats the purpose of booking the promo package. The salon is lovely, but I’d suggest making sure every tech provides consistent quality, especially with cuticle care and polish application, since that makes all the difference.

I came to Panda Nails for the first time to get my engagement nails done, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My nail tech, Ana, was absolutely amazing. She used a stunning cat eye polish and took extra time to perfect every single detail, making sure my nails looked flawless for such a special occasion. Even as a first-time customer, I felt so comfortable and cared for. The attention to detail and level of professionalism here are outstanding. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Ana and Panda Nails for making my big day even more beautiful! 💅🏼✨💍

Spent so much money to feel like “never again”. Beautiful nail colors, great space but just not worth it. My partner and I spent about $380. The pedicure was literally OK, I felt like they didn’t really scrub or take off dead skin even my partner kept having to show her. My nails are not terrible but they are just not clean, cuticles still showing and the polish didn’t even go all the way down. And they charged for everything, French nails and toes extra $60, remove my partners nail polish $10, remove my color another $20 I was just appalled. You can see the clear on my toes on my skin. I feel for that amount that we have NEVER paid, I should walk out happy and feeling like it was worth that! Smh
