Olive spa was such an amazing experience! Zara did my massage and she was fantastic. Everything was beautifully crafted and the customer service was an A+ ! Come and visit them for your next massage. You wont regret it. Get the Thai Massage! I highly recommend ! Thanks Olive Spa!
First and foremost I’d like to say that most of these 5 star ratings aren’t being 100% honest because the spa makes you do the review in front of them right after a massage. I personally declined because I wanted to be truthful. I received the Swedish massage, the cost of this was $140. I don’t think it was worth the price as I’ve gotten better massages, cheaper elsewhere. They don’t even use hot lotion or oil on your body. The massage was ok, nothing really to rave about. The spa is pretty small and cramped in an office building. Lastly, as I was ready to pay I wanted to give a 15% tip, but it seemed like that wasn’t enough as they urged me to give a 20% tip which through me off a bit especially because tips are optional and should come from what the customer wants to give.
I live two blocks away and rude by here all the time. After several years I decided to pay a visit. First off, the service and attention to detail was top notch. While it’s a smaller massage place, the service level exceeds what you think it will be. Sara provided my 90 min massage as I had extreme tension in my legs. Excellent job with full rounded focus on stretching and tissue massaging. Also included stretching of the back too. I will definitely come back.
I had a hot stone massage here, and the overall service were excellent. Especially my therapist, Monica — from the heated massage bed to the initial full body relaxation, then the deep essential-oil back massage with hot stones, and later the work on my head and limbs. Monica’s technique moved from light to deep, communicating with my body and muscles in a rhythmic, almost intuitive way. Even though I’m extremely particular and picky about massages, Monica genuinely impressed me. She is truly outstanding!
Cartier! Come here for the ambience and great customer service but stay for the massage therapist named Cartier. One of the BEST Thai massages I’ve ever received. I started with an hour and had to call an audible to extend it to 2! I booked a Thai combination—- strong pressure, deep tissue massage with intense stretching and standing on your large muscles. INCREDIBLE. Pros: They answer the phone (!) and took a same day appointment. The space is small and clean and you receive very professional, personal service. Tea and yummies on arrival and departure. Easy check-in process and no-fuss intake. Massage left me feeling brand new and thoroughly relaxed. I love deep tissue and Cartier found every knot and lovingly kicked its ass. Cons (but not really): There are only two massage rooms (this isn’t a big multi-room spa assembly line) so space is limited and quarters are close. If you aren’t familiar with Thai massage you should ask questions to find the right treatment for your needs.
