Thank you to Nora & Jakyah! Nora helped me book a last minute appointment and was personable and efficient and Jakyah listened intently to my wishes for my eyebrows, and executed them perfectly. She was lovely and made my experience great! I will be back!

I had a bad experience years ago at the Village District EWC location but they have definitely earned my trust and business again. It took me a while to find a Wax Specialist that listens to me and that I love but I have found that in Jakyah and I couldn’t be happier. Jakyah, takes her time, she listens to my concerns about problem areas and she’s overall a genuinely great person! If she’s not available on a day that I want to schedule I will wait for her to return.

I came for my first wax and was quite anxious about it, but Kayla made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend her! However, the receptionist checking me out is the reason for 4 stars. She had a very off personality when I declined paying $101 for products that I wasn't told about the price beforehand, as well as her reaction to me needing to choose a different date that she originally offered for my next appointment. Otherwise, everyone I encountered was very nice!

I went here for an eyebrow wax last night and had a great experience. Jakyah did a great job on my brows and was super sweet, as was the woman behind the desk whose name I didn’t catch (sorry!). She also filled in my brows with a pencil and it looked awesome — much better than when I do it myself. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
