Logan Brown was our Technician today and we are so impressed by his friendly professional manner. He did an excellent job and was very thorough with inspecting things, checking bait boxes, web removal and communicating with us what he was going to do and what he found. He truly was a breath of fresh air. Even in this cold he didn’t miss a beat. Thank you.

Sure wish I had read other reviews before hiring this pest control. I've been paying $50 a month for quarterly services and yesterday paid my $50 and I texted the service man that I was not home but to proceed with the outside service. I then watched him on my 5 cameras around my house and garage and he threw some dust down and then walked to his truck and stood at his truck for 15-20 mins and did nothing. I then got my email saying the service was complete and in that email it details what they do and he didn't do half of what was stated there!! I was furious that the one time I'm not home he doesn't do his job! So I emailed and called the company, who of course were apologetic, and wanted to offer free month of service and to send him back. Well if he couldn't do it the first time, I don't want him coming back!! My trust is broken for this company and I wasn't all that impressed to begin with in the bug killing but was trying to give it a good year to see. So on top of my monthly $50, they also charged me the $279 early termination fee!!! Termination that I wouldn't be doing if it wasn't for their technician not doing his job. But that's fine, I paid it, they weren't willing to even do right and refund my $50 for the job he DIDN"T do yesterday!! Had they at least done the right thing there, I wouldn't be writing this review, but since they want to practice business that way, I will leave this review and warn anyone against this company that I talk to and will also go to every review site I can and leave the same. Don't waste your money on this company unless you have time to babysit them!! I will now call Orkin, who is servicing my daughters home and doing a great job. I will also post in my neighborhood for the others to be ware that this company has gone to before. Do better Evergreen, especially for my hard earned money!

Very affordable and friendly over the phone customer service. The technician Logan was impressive. He was not only very pleasant but also showed great respect throughout the process. Logan took the time to explain the treatment options available and answered all my questions thoroughly. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend Evergreen based on Logan's warm personality and outstanding service

We have not had a good experience and would NOT recommend working with this company. First of all- they came to the door and were quite pushy. We were told that the service included monthly pest treatments, plus we could call if there were still bugs. My husband asked very plainly about cancelling the service and we were told, explicitly, that we could cancel with no penalty if the services were not satisfactory (meaning the bugs were still there). We were told that services would be every 3 months, with extra services available by request, at no additional charge, if the services were not effective. The guy who did our first treatment told us that we may see an increase in bugs temporarily because the spray would draw the bugs out and then kill them. Two weeks after the first treatment, we had a HUGE amount of ants. I found 2 spots with ant eggs, as well as a long trail of them swarming around my kitchen. We reached out to Evergreen and were told the soonest time they could address this would be 9 business days- which I find to be completely unacceptable. After the second treatment, we saw no improvement. We still have ants and have also seen a few other bugs- which we have sent them pictures of. My husband reached out to cancel this service as it is OBVIOUSLY not effective. Now we are being told that we have to pay a penalty fee- even though we triple checked that this would not be the case. Customer service has been less than friendly, and at times unresponsive. This is a waste of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
