I saw Dr. Claudia Isaza for my kitten who was feeling a little unwell with potential feline asthma and she was so kind and explained the disease and treatment very clearly to us showing her fantastic knowledge and also what the next steps would be and even gave my boy leonardo a treat, which he greatly appericated! She was so gentle and patient with Leo and he was so much calmer for it with this fear free handling and that made all the difference in making it a pleasent experient for him. We have found a bird that’s being hopping on our balcony for the last few days with a broken wing. We called the wildlife but they said it’s not a native bird and they cannot help, referred to us to freckles fellowship and we contacted them with no reply. I called Evervet and they so kindly offered to look after it for free. They will assess if the wings can be repaired, if not they will put it to sleep. What a compassionate vet, very kind and great people from Ruby on the phone to the young lady at front desk. My utmost respect to them!
