Natalie is simply exceptional. From start to finish, Natalie went so far above and beyond anything I expected from a real estate agent that it honestly felt like I had an entire professional team working just for me. She personally brought in beautiful, high-end furniture using her own trusted contacts and staged my home so tastefully that it looked better than it ever had while I lived there. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The layout, the flow, and the aesthetic completely transformed the space and made it feel magazine-ready. On top of that, Natalie handled everything. Cleaning, fixing issues, coordinating vendors, and managing all communication seamlessly. I never had to chase her down or wonder what was happening. Working with Ron Gates he is the kindest and knowledgeable agent we have ever worked with. Upon meeting him for the first time he took a copious number of notes on what we needed exactly, the budget he had to work with and our short timeline to close. He is extremely knowledgeable of the areas we wanted to find our forever home in, and he came prepared with all pertinent information on our first day of visiting each potential home. He was honest with us when it came to the cost of a home with the amenities we needed, in the end he was right we raised our budget, and he found our forever home with everything we asked for and more. He fought for us, even at the punch he was fighting for us. I cannot say enough about Ron, he even took into consideration our 3 puppies and my work issue I was navigating. Ron is personable with a great sense of humor, expertise in the field and he will fight for you and what you want in your forever home. He provided us with a great team of experts to help us from inspection, financing to close.

He also gave me several referrals for financing which helped me negotiate better loan terms than I had initially qualified for. Working with Liz was honestly one of the BEST decisions my husband and I made during this entire home buying journey! I’d been following her on social media for a long time because she always showed up so real, so honest, and so authentically herself. I loved her vibe, I loved the way she talked about her clients, and I loved how confident she made me feel just through her content. Choosing her as our agent felt like a no-brainer. And she exceeded every expectation! From the moment we started, she went above and beyond in ways I didn’t even know an agent could. At one point, we were really stressed about a plot of land near the house possibly being developed in a way that would ruin the view. Liz and her team immediately dove into research mode. After a very negative homeownership experience during the 2008 housing bubble, I was extremely apprehensive about even starting the process again. I worked with Abigail Echols between April and November of 2025. From day one, Abigail was incredibly patient, kind, and never pushy in any way. She truly respected my pace and comfort level, which meant more to me than I can express. We toured around 20 homes and duplexes together, and throughout it all she remained supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decision—not just any decision. She always made time for showings, provided thoughtful insights on each property, and answered every question thoroughly. She also helped one of my friends from college with her cross-country home purchase simultaneously.
