We sold our house through Sandra after 42 years of occupancy. Obviously we were a bit rusty on the process, She exceeded our expectations. We changed a simple sell strategy for a certain date to a hurry and rush with a bridge loan to meet new requirements. She adapted and we still met or exceeded our original expectations. She was worth every dollar! Most important of all is that Sandra brings an extrordinary team with her that aids you with many different expertises for problem solving and assistance in areas that most of us would or do not anticipate.....invaluable. Highly, highly recommend!

It was a big decision for us to sell our West Seattle home, so the real estate professional we chose to represent us was something we took very seriously. Bottom line, we were very glad we went with Sandra Hines and her team. The price Sandra got for our home was every bit we hoped for (and then some). Additionally, her team was excellent to work with. We would use Hines group again without hesitation and have already recommended Hines Group to others.

There are a host of good things to say about Sandra Hines and her Real Estate Team. Personable, cheerful, helpful, available, enthusiastic, prepared, professional, informed, and all around excellent service. Plus, she knows the real estate market cold. I was a little leery about listing my house for as much as she recommended, but I believe in listening to people who know what they're doing. So, we did. And within 4 days (4 days!!) I had 5 offers - all over asking price! Sandra's team took care of everything: painting inside, tidying up the yard - and staging! OMG! I had no idea my house was that big and bright inside. If you want to sell your property, I would enthusiastically recommend you hire Sandra. She's awesome!

Sandra Hines and her team recently represented me and my sister in the sale of our beloved home in West Seattle. Her whole team is awesome. Their attention to detail and personal attention to all aspects of the process were outstanding. This was the first time I sold a home so I wasn't sure of what to expect. They made it so fun and easy from providing Krista the project manager, who managed any repairs, inspections or services in preparation for putting it on the market, to, Sandra who worked closely with us in trying to find the best way to leverage all the unique aspects of our home and listened to our concerns and input. Sandra came highly recommend from friends whom I respect and trust and she truly delivered.

Sandra and her team took us through both buying our new house and selling our prior home. Her expertise was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process and crafting our offer that landed us our new home that we love. Her team was fantastic and preparing our prior home for sale. They managed all of the preparation and staging details. It looked so great, we almost didn’t want to leave! Sandra and her group were absolute joy to work with and we appreciated her responsiveness and expertise, in what was undoubtedly a stressful buying market!
