Emily was a superb realtor for my partner and I as we embarked on our first home-buying journey. We appreciated her expertise, care, and deep knowledge of the local market. Her connections helped to make the process easy and fast, and we could not be happier in our new home!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Emily Wang at Windermere. She helped me land an off-market property for a development project, and I truly don’t think it would’ve happened without her. Emily is smart, driven, and incredibly easy to work with. She actually listens — which is rare — and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She never pushed, never rushed me, and always gave honest advice. Even after the purchase, she’s been amazing. I’ve had a million questions as we move into the development phase, and she’s been patient, helpful, and available every step of the way. She’s also going to be our listing agent, which says a lot about how much I trust her. On top of her development expertise, she’s phenomenal with residential sales and listings as well. She knows how to position a property, market it effectively, and get results. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely cares, works hard, and knows what she’s doing, Emily is the one.

Emily Wang was our listing agent for the sale of a relative who passed away. The whole sale process with Emily was extremely smooth and successful which we appreciated greatly, especially during this difficult time. She was efficient, highly communicative and proactive. She offered thorough market studies to arrive at a fair sale price and provided options to help us maximize the price. From the moment we signed the listing agreement and our initial interactions, I was comfortable leaving everything in her hands and respected her suggestions to facilitate the sale. Most importantly, she was available to help coordinate meetings with different vendors or schedule them for staging/cleaning/repairs without me having to be actively involved apart from approving the quotes/work that she provided. The ability to delegate these tasks to her was a key benefit in working with her since it saved me a lot of time which I didn’t have. Above all, she is such a personable and capable person to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home.

If you are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented professional, Emily Wang is the realtor for you. Selling a home can be a daunting ordeal, but Emily made the process seamless, ultimately selling our house above-list price in record time. She was intimately involved with the process from start to finish, from staging our house (she has an incredible knack for interior design) to negotiating an awesome deal. My wife and I are both attorneys with plenty of business sense, but Emily's advice along the way was truly invaluable. We could not have done it without her.

Emily was recommended to us by my brother-in-law from his experience working with her on a family matter. Emily was a great listener hearing what we were looking for in an agent. She was able to get three offers for us in the first couple of weeks. We made counter offers and Emily did a fantastic job of explaining the pros and cons of each offer. She helped work with the prospective buyers and get us an offer much higher then she thought we would get. Working with Emily has been a very positive experience and would recommend her to others looking to buy or sell their property.
