We had the pleasure of working with Corey Patt. She is hands down the best agent we've ever had. She was both our buyer's and seller's agent (2015 and 2024 respectively). She is extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to close a deal at the best value, knows how to craft offers that get accepted when it's a competitive market, and has great suggestions of little improvements to maximize your property sale price when you go to sell. All of that AND she is wonderful to work with. I can't recommend her enough!
Ryan Lile is so much more than a real estate agent. He's a great listener (part therapist, really) who could tease out what was working and not working about the numerous places we visited. He was always nimble and flexible, sometimes adding new showings to our roster while on the fly. He's consistently responsive and attentive, even on weekends and evenings. I never felt any sort of pressure or that I was an inconvenience. I will forever remember what a painless (maybe even fun!) process he made my search for a home—even in a market that was extremely difficult. Kudos to Ryan and to Coldwell Banker Bain!
As first-time home buyers, my husband and I didn't exactly know what we were looking for. Phillip Belenky and Billy Hilton walked us through the entire process with grace and never hesitated to explain every step of the process. Even as the market became super competitive, they assured us that we would find the right home for us. Billy arranged and met us at all our home tours. We were nervous at first about touring homes because of covid, but he always made sure we were comfortable and only booked private home tours. We ended up finding our perfect home and put in an offer. Billy and Phillip worked tirelessly and made sure everything was put together for our offer. On the day of the offer review, they were in constant contact with us. We got the home and escrow was seamless! We love that they continue to keep in contact, and we will not hesitate to work with them again if we decide to sell and buy another home one day. We could not recommend them enough.

We first met him at an open house for another realtor and we just really connected. From that point forward, he was incredibly responsive, attentive, and thorough. He set us up with a number of property tours, helped us get a sense of what we were looking for and what the market was, and then gave us honest and helpful feedback throughout. We were out of the country for part of our buying/closing process, and Christopher went out of his way to support us and communicate with us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!
