I was a patient of Brenee Rockholt while she was at the Playa Vista location - very sad to have her move, but she is a stellar addition to the La Brea team and patients are very lucky to have her there. I first reached out to Brenee after hearing about her return to sport programming for lower extremity injuries. At the time, I had long-standing knee issues following a patellar dislocation and two subsequent knee surgeries. Despite having graduated from PT and returning to my sport, I had been struggling a lot with pain and swelling. After listening to my long, convoluted history, Brenee recommended a full evaluation as opposed to sports programming - my first glimpse of her excellent clinical intuition, as it turned out that despite our best efforts to manage my knee conservatively, I needed another surgery. Throughout my time working with Brenee, she always patiently and thoughtfully heard my concerns and always considered the sometimes odd or unexpected symptoms I arrived with as I navigated recovery from my third knee surgery. My sessions, while always with the aim of progressing me towards an active lifestyle and eventually playing competitive volleyball again, were truly tailored to me and my personal progress. An incredibly important aspect of my recovery, which Brenee evaluated often, was biometric strength testing and force output of my lower extremities. This identified imbalances, tracked my recovery progress, and provided quantifiable data as opposed to relying on subjective assessment. I fully trusted Brenee with my recovery and undoubtedly would still be benefitting from her knowledge and expertise if she were still at the Playa location. Thank you, Brenee!

Brenee Rockholt is the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had multiple knee, hip and shoulder surgeries and have seen a handful of physical therapist in my life but hands down Brenee Rockholt is the best. She is professional, motivating and very knowledgeable. 10/10. This last injury I had was ACL and meniscus surgery and after working with Brenee for the duration of my recovery I feel 100% back to normal. If you are an Athlete and looking to get back to normal, work with Brenee.

I can’t say enough good things about the care and expertise I’ve received from both Katherine and Jess. Katherine, as my physical therapist, has been incredibly patient and attentive. She always makes sure my form is perfect and that each exercise is done correctly, which has truly helped me get stronger without any setbacks. Jess, my Pilates instructor, is equally amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the different ways to use the reformer and always takes the time to check my alignment and technique. Both of them have made my sessions not only effective but also really enjoyable. They’re simply the best in town! Sandy D

I’ve had a great experience at Evolution after ACL surgery back in April. From day one, when I accidentally went to the wrong location, the team was extremely accommodating, and the recovery process felt smooth and well-organized. Huge shoutout to my trainer, Sigma. His attention to detail and constant support made all the difference. Thanks to him and Evolution, I’ve already been able to get back to running with zero hiccups in my rehab so far. Highly recommend!

I started seeing Sigma for physical therapy after an accident that gave me chronic pain and limited movement for years. Sigma has been incredible! Highly attentive, skilled, and deeply knowledgeable. He doesn't just treat the pain, he really works to find the underlying cause, and every session feels purposeful. For the first time in a while, I feel like my body is getting stronger and more balanced. It’s been a great combination to also work with Jess for Pilates alongside PT. Her sessions are precise, personalized, and challenging in the best way, perfectly complementing what I'm working on in PT. It's made such a difference in how I move day to day. Both are professional, kind, and deeply knowledgeable. I can honestly say I'm moving and feeling better than I have in years. Highly recommend...
