Everything about my experience with Kimberly was superlative! The welcoming atmosphere of her studio, her multi-disciplinary skill set, and her personal attention to my unique set of circumstances and goals helped to make this an outstandingly positive experience. By combining massage therapy elements to treat my neck and back symptoms, and then offering me the balance and fitness tools to start addressing my poor form and body movement habits that caused the pain, Kimberly helped reconnect me with my body. I look forward to working with her in the future to continue my healing journey.

Over the last 20 years Kim has studied many different modalities. All of this accumulated knowledge has resulted in an incredible ability to know what muscles and joints and bones are affected and how they interact. She can see how things are moving and knows when they are moving wrong. Her years of experience allow her to explain, in a way that I can understand, how to isolate parts of my body to move them in a way that can retrain them to operate the way that they were designed to. She is helping me to stop “guarding” by using the wrong muscles to perform a function and retraining the appropriate muscles to take over those functions again. It seemed like every touch in her bodywork zeroed in immediately to every spot that needed to be worked on, often, spots that I didn’t know were affected. After my time with her I felt improvement that I have not felt with other therapy paths. She was also able to send me home with work to do to continue the improvement between sessions and she showed me how to use the things that she assigned for me. For the first time in quite a while I feel hopeful for overcoming my pain and getting back into life. I can’t recommend Kim highly enough.
