As a student attending evening classes, I would like to share my experience. For people who work during the day, the intensive homework load and frequent exams applied by this school significantly reduce learning motivation. Constant pressure to complete assignments and prepare for exams creates mental confusion rather than making language learning easier. The teaching methods are quite superficial. Topics are not explained in a deep or satisfying way. It is completely normal for people who are in the process of learning a language to ask questions about things they do not understand. However, I find that some teachers display a condescending and arrogant attitude when faced with such questions. Not receiving enough explanation or not being able to get clear answers does not make students stupid. The school claims to be understanding, but in practice this understanding is hard to feel. Instead, there is an artificial sense of friendliness. The conditions of working students, learning psychology, and motivation should be taken much more seriously. In its current form, the system serves an endless cycle of homework and exams rather than real learning.

Wonderful Language Education Experience! I am extremely satisfied with Excel English Institute and its entire team! Although I started classes from scratch, thanks to the teachers' attentive and professional approach, I have significantly improved my English level in a short time. The office staff and management are quick to respond to all questions and issues with prompt communication and solutions, and they continue to provide support with guidance and extra reinforcement. Mr. Bravo Park is a knowledgeable and dedicated instructor. He explains the material clearly and maintains high academic standards. He is always respectful to students and expects the same in return. Although some students do not always comply with his classroom rules or take the course requirements seriously, he continues to create a productive learning environment for the rest of the class. Overall, he is a committed educator who genuinely cares about student success. By the way, the school feels like a second home. The teachers truly care, the environment is welcoming, and students are motivated to do their best. A wonderful place to learn and grow.
