Rick's your guy! Pricing came under all the competitors & he installed a commercial grade water heater at that! Great customer service & very responsive. Our water heater went down Saturday night. After trying to help us trouble shoot the issue over the phone on Sunday, he showed up Monday and installed a new commercial grade water heater for under the price of his competitors for a residential unit. I will call nobody else but Rick in the future for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

Excellent Plumbing did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater this week. I sent Rick pictures of our leak and he got us on the schedule for the next day (in order to prevent a flood). He was on time, was an excellent communicator, did a great job, and followed up the next day to make sure that everything was working well. Also, we were very pleasantly surprised at the price of the service and equipment. Highly recommend this company. Thanks, Rick!
