Found my new go to florist. I wanted to get an arrangement for a very special someone in my life, and explained this to the florist as well as colors and types of flowers I would like. Angie listened intently and put so much thought into it that I was stunned at how beautful the bouquet was. The location is super convenient as it is by the lightrail station so that is also a plus, but the talent of the florist is mainly why I will be coming back. She truly cared and it definitely showed in her work. Angie if you're reading this, thank you so much! Also if you're skeptical of going here because of the bad reviews, roll the dice and see for yourself. I was skeptical, but I fully plan on using them for all my floral needs.

Disappointing Service Experience | Visited to buy a special bouquet for my girlfriend but left frustrated. When I politely requested additional greenery to make the arrangement fuller (at no extra cost), my suggestion was ignored. Asked about different wrapping paper colors and was dismissively told “this is what we have.” The black lady showed no interest in accommodating simple requests that would have enhanced my purchase. For a business serving customers celebrating special occasions, this poor service was particularly disappointing. Management should consider additional customer service training.

Very dissapointed. I came to buy some roses and asked if the stem could be cut and the lady very rudely said "no, that's not how we sell them" eventhough behind her they are cutting a bunch of rose stems. The flowers are already overpriced and you can't cut the stems for me? Also the flowers I bought were $60 and I paid $63 with taxes included, and yet my credit card bill is showing $66 charge. What is the explanation for that? Would love to support local flower shops but unfortunately will not be coming back here.

A teledoc option and extended weekend hours add convenience. Some reviews mention higher prices and busy periods.
