George was super kind & cut my toddlers hair beautifully. I would recommend him for your kids haircuts. He was gentle and explained everything to him to make him more comfortable which I appreciated. :)

Ryan at Executive Men’s Grooming was absolutely amazing with my 5-year-old! He was patient, calm, and made my son feel completely comfortable the entire time. The haircut came out clean, sharp, and exactly what I asked for. It’s not easy finding someone who’s great with kids and delivers a top-quality cut, but Ryan nailed it. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend him to any parent!

Ryan is more than just a barber, he’s a brother to me, from our time serving together in the Marines, and that same dedication to service, he now shows in his craft as a barber. I came to see him last summer, while I was in town, and went to him for a haircut and a beard fade with a lineup, and he nailed it. The attention to detail, clean lines, and overall quality were top-notch. Beyond the fresh cuts, Ryan is just a good person and good father. He takes the time to talk with his clients, makes you feel comfortable in the chair, and clearly cares about the end result of having his clients enjoy his work. I’ve also seen him work on other clients and he’s consistently friendly, sharp, and professional. So if you’re new to the shop or looking for someone reliable, whether you are an adult or a young child, please go see Ryan, and I swear you won’t be disappointed!! 🔥💯

Had I known I’d have three boys who need their hair cut every few weeks, I would’ve gone to barber school myself. Luckily, we have Ryan! Each of my kids has totally different hair (one curly, the others thin and fine), and he kills it every single time. Styles change so much, but Ryan always makes them look great. My boys won’t let anyone else touch their hair. Couldn’t recommend him more!

If you’re looking for the best barber in Gilbert go see Ryan at Executive Men’s Grooming. He’s cut my hair, my beard, and even my twin boys’ (they’re only 2), and every cut has been spot-on. Ryan is professional, friendly, and makes you feel like a friend, not just a client. The shop has a relaxed vibe with a movie always playing, and if you like great conversation — even about alien theories — you’ll never get bored in his chair. Perfect place for men’s haircuts, beard trims, and kids’ cuts. Highly recommend!
