Good place to visit for city information. Staff was very kind and informative! You can also complete different trails like the coffee trail and redeem your free shirt at this location!

I guess Covid makes many people lazy to work I called on February 5th at 1:25 p.m. to get some information about Columbus the call went to an answering machine and no one gets back to me until the next day after I have already visited Columbus but at least she apologized and she offered help which was too late.

The ladies at Easton mall at Experience Columbus we're very helpful and directed me to the resources that I was looking for. I was able to get many booklets and guides they have been very helpful and letting me visit the attractions here in Columbus Ohio. I would suggest that anybody that was coming here to visit go there so they can get a calendar of events
