Doordashed a part here, waited about five minutes before someone came in the front to take the item they ordered. Proceeded to tell me the part was wrong and it was a different location when I showed Matt the address and the part along with the invoice. Was rude when I had asked him to sign for the item and then proceeded to push me out the door after telling him several times the button would show red when he successfully signed. I was going to ask what an estimate was for a repair that I personally needed but after the way I was treated I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. I drove about 25 mins to deliever their part to.This was for the Woodlawn BLVD location.

This review based on experience dealing with remotely and in person. I don't live in Wichita but some family does and cars do on occasion break 🥺. Experience is also based on several cars being serviced here over the years. It's easy for car repair businesses to take advantage of customers when they are in a tight spot or unfamiliar with the mechanics of it all. That is not the case here. 100 percent honest and open. Clean shop, friendly knowledgeable staff, they honor warranty on parts and repairs and stand behind their work. Many years doing my own repairs and I believe I can sniff out fraud or deception miles away. Those alarms have never been triggered with this business. In person or over the phone I trust the expertise and recommendations.

I came in today to get my tire patched, and Ben who works at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. I had to sit in the lobby for a bit to wait on my repair, and he offered my boyfriend and I a donut. He also always answered the phone with a positive and polite attitude. You can tell he takes his job seriously and does his best to make sure the customers are satisfied. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you Ben and Express Auto!

If I can give 20 stars I would. It was my first time coming today. Ben the shop manager was very VERY helpful and kind with me today. I’m not from Kansas but Midwest kindness is a real thing. He took care of me today and explained everything perfectly. Also, shout out to Conner who worked on my car, he did an amazing job. And I met the store owner Faissal. He was very genuine and a pleasure to talk to. An inspiring guy. From now on in Kansas I am only coming here. Expert auto center has an amazing group of people. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Amazing place to get your car checked out and fixed! Staff were absolutely amazing and despite a garage door temporarily having trouble still made me a priority allowing me to get in and out in a reasonable time! Damon in particular helped me understand what needed to be fixed, kept me in the loop, and even helped me work around my razor thin budget. This is truly one of the best places I’ve found for car repairs and I highly recommend coming here if you need repairs done!
