Expert HVAC has been excellent. Even when the parts were back ordered from Manufacturer they arranged form Another new machine and then dealt themselves for a warranty. Riley came in to Inspect and he went above and beyond. And, not just the HRV he even looked at furnace to make sure all fine. And, he knew exactly what he was doing and do excellent job. I highly recommend them for new install , basement develop or even maintenance.

The HVAC team came by today to look at a sagging vent, and I’m very pleased with the service. The technicians were polite, friendly, and arrived on time despite the bad weather. They were also very respectful—taking off their shoes and making sure they didn’t track in any of the heavy snow. They diagnosed and resolved the issue in under 20 minutes. Overall, excellent service and greatly appreciated!

I am very happy with the service they provided on Oct 8, 2025. They are the only company that arrived on time( little early 5-10 min before scheduled time). Very good communication in between. Quick repsonse during business hours. After hours it also good. My Furance decided to not working around 9pm on Oct 5, 2025. By the time we realize the furance was dead and we call Expert HVAC at 11:00pm. someone called us within 10 mins. And provided us solutions and cost. (tried to help us to problem shoot first) On the day of appointment, I am surpprised that they even provided the photo of the technician. I feel very safe since there are lots of security issue nowadays. ( Justin B was very professional.) Our Furance was fixed within 30 mins and it was just a dead motherboard. We do have 10 years warrenty with this furance. and the cost we needed to for service call/diagnostic test plus labour cost was reasonable. In the future, if I need a new furance I would conside contacting Expert HVAC first.
