Had a salesman knock on our door and sell us a mosquito service for our backyard. When the tech came to perform the service (2 weeks late after no showing the original appointment), he told us that the salesman lied about the coverage and that he could not fulfill what was originally agreed upon. What they did end up spraying didn’t even work. We offered to pay for the tech’s time but based on our initial contract not being upheld and still being charged the same amount AND it not even working, we did not think it was fair to pay what was originally quoted. This company has harassed us and even tacked on “late fees” for 2 months, calling from 10 different phone numbers, emailing almost daily and threatening to send us to collections. Requests to speak to management were ignored — their tactic is to sell a false service and then harass you until you give in and pay. As a business owner myself I am MORE THAN HAPPY to pay for a service I signed for (and works) but this company is a joke through and through. Don’t waste your time or money

A perfect example of why door-to-door sales can be a hoax. We hired these yahoos to combat a vole problem in our backyard and the contract was to provide 4 treatments to solve the problem WITH A CONFIDENT GUARANTEE. $640! The website states: “If you are not satisfied we will make it right at no additional cost.” HA! They placed 3 boxes in our yard and as a bonus there was some insect treatment to prevent spiders from coming in to the basement. Not only did the snack-boxes not work, the consumption increased over time (are we now feeding more voles?!) When we contacted the team who has in no way solved the problem, we were told that your "guarantee" is only valid for 3 months after the last treatment (?!) Huh?! I was also told that voles are tricky and to make us happy they could not come for free but charge us an additional fee to come back and try again…but that one treatment probably wouldn’t help?! We refused to pay any additional fee to have you attempt to correct our existing (and arguably worsened) problem.

Lesha and insight do an awesome job. We live on an acreage and since the pest control I have found dead bugs and mice around the property. Don’t get a cat for mice, the insight bait boxes work wonders. My shop and house have been protected and I no longer have pest issues.

Lesha is the best. She is so friendly and so thorough at her job. I highly recommend her and insight pest control to anyone looking for a good bug company. All my mice problems and spider problems are gone. Thanks LESHA!!

Insight Pest is the parent company of Insight Bin Solutions. They did not complete my bin cleaning well at all. They were unwilling to refund for the work not completed and even suggested they were doing me a favor by cancelling my contract when I reached out with concerns. The sales person who came door to door to sell the service insisted that nothing would be charged unless I was happy with the work done.
