The permit process with the town, and the rebate offered by duke energy was handled completely by them. As for the representative, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked him very detailed questions about his field of work and he was able to answer without hesitation. The price seemed a little high, but I did get a pretty sweet charger with energy management capabilities.
