My young daughter took her little fiesta here today to have the outside washed and inside vacuumed, They totally took advantage of her naivety and washed the seats (when there was nothing wrong with them) and charged her £75.00 I understand a full valet is costly but the car hasn’t been waxed and they didn’t even lift the bonnet, Absolutely disgusting 😡

When I arrived, I asked the employees if i could have an inside and out car wash, whether they were trying to be funny or not, I found this very rude and uncomfortable. Once they had finished cleaning my car, I was rushed to drive off, even though i was just adjusting my car seat that they had moved, i noticed that they had taken paint off my passenger side door as they had gone too close with the pressure wash and when trying to find contacts online, it was made very difficult to find them. I will not be returning and i advice you don't either.

Took my car for a wash on the outside of my car on Saturday the 15th of march, once the wash was finished I noticed they had taken paint off my driver side door by going to close with the jet wash. Upon questioning the staff about the damage on my car they told me they couldn’t do nothing about the damage until the boss had returned from holiday. During this time they had offered to replace my driver side door with a second hand door from the scrap yard (admitting liability) I refused to have a second hand door put on my car and continued to get a quote from an independent garage. They quoted a total of £751.20 to repair the damage to a professional standard. I rang the boss of the car wash on Friday the 28th of march and was the first time I was able to get hold of him. The boss point blank refused to pay the quote claiming it was too much money to pay and he was only liable for the damage he had caused. He claimed he had already checked the camera footage and then went back and claimed they didn’t damage my car but still told me he would get my car resprayed him self and it would only cost £50/£60 which is a load of bull and if they hadn’t damaged my car why would you offer to get it fixed right ? Makes no sense. They knew they had damaged my car but wanted a cheap easy fix. When you damage any part of a panel on a car you can not just respray the damaged area of the panel. The whole panel needs to be resprayed to a professional standard. The boss point plank refused to get it sorted unless he could get it sprayed by his “mate” which I wasn’t very comfortable with. Avoid this car wash at all cost. If I could have given them a zero start rating I would have. They are nothing but a bunch of scum bags.
