We like this place, and my kids especially enjoy it, but there are a few downsides that I think should be mentioned. First, the pricing feels unfair for families with very young children. Toddlers, babies, and even newborns are charged the full amount, even if the baby is in a carrier, stroller, or just walking and clearly not using most of the play equipment. Another issue is the lack of a baby changing table in the bathroom, despite there being plenty of space. This would make a big difference for parents with babies. They also don’t have automatic or push-button doors, which would be extremely helpful for parents with busy hands trying to leave a party room while holding a baby or managing multiple kids. Lastly, the bathrooms are often a bit dirty. It doesn’t seem like they are cleaned throughout the day, only at the end, which isn’t ideal for a children’s play area. During busy times, this makes the space feel chaotic and poorly maintained. Overall, it’s a fun place for kids, but these issues really affect the experience for parents.

I want to warn everyone once again - please be very careful at this place. If something is stolen, no one will help you. The service works only up to the moment they receive your money. On December 14, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, we were invited to our son’s friend’s birthday party. Our son gave the birthday boy an envelope with money, but the kids accidentally left it on the questionnaire counter. A father from a neighboring party noticed the envelope and handed it to the staff at the front desk. After that, our gift completely disappeared. When the birthday boy’s mother approached the counter and asked for the envelope, it was returned to her already opened and without the money inside. The staff promised to investigate the situation, review the security cameras, find the money, and even compensate for moral damage. None of that happened. No one ever called back, no apology was offered, and no explanation was given. We submitted a request through the website and called multiple times, but received no response at all. The level of service is terrible, and the attitude toward customers is extremely disappointing. For the record, we asked for the names of the employees we spoke with - Oliver and Sawger. Please be cautious. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

We went for a birthday party at this place. We all absolutely loved it. Kids had great fun with all those jumping, radiant socks, music and those colorful lights were cherry on top of all. Some Recommendations, It's just birthday party room can be a bit more spacious also chairs were limited. If the staff has all information before hand then they could have arranged the chairs for kids at least.

This place is fun for the kids but some improvements can definitely be made. Parking in the front fills up pretty quickly specially if they are having birthday parties or its a weekend. Additional parking at the back but it can become quite busy. We had to wait 30 mins in line just to get entrance stamps for the kids. That is too much time wasted when kids are just wanting to go in and start jumping. The jump area is quite big and there is a parents viewing area with limited seating upstairs. They also did a lights out, flow in the dark kinda thing for the kids which was fun. But it was so random. Like no fix timing or duration. When that happens unexpectedly, it becomes hard to locate your kid from the balcony viewing area upstairs. A heads up work out great. Most of the activities besides jumping and laser tag were closed e.g. rock wall, climbing structure, arcade games etc. The kids also had fun with Laser Tag game.
