F5 property have been the best estate agents I have came across to date! My partner and I have rented one of their properties for the last two years. They made the application and move in process smooth and efficient. They were always contactable via phone/email and communicated information in a timely manner. Maintenance issues were always dealt with promptly after being reported on their online site. An espeically big thank you to James and Christine! Would highly recommend :)

F5 property has made renting in Belfast so much easier for us. From start to finish we have had such a pleasant experience. From the super friendly team, the attentiveness and timely responses, right through to the hard working maintenance team, nothing has been too much to ask. James, Christine, Kieran and the rest of the team are dedicated and professional, and make up a brilliant letting agency who really care about their tenants. We highly recommend F5 Property - a team that takes the stress out of renting and have went above and beyond to ensure a straightforward and enjoyable letting process.

I had been with F5 property for 3 and a bit years and they were a pleasure to work with. Always easy to reach and incredibly quick with responding to maintenance requests, no matter how big or small. They have always been very supportive and accomodating, particularly around move-out time. They have always been very helpful and I would definitely rent off them again. Big thank you to Christine, James and the rest of the F5 team!

F5 are an excellent property management company. They have managed a rental property for us for approximately 8 years, and we find the entire team (Christine, Brian, Kieran, and James) a pleasure to work with. They are professional, friendly, and approachable, and make the rental process simple and easy for us. They manage all rent collection and maintenance issues efficiently. They find good reliable tenants and treat them fairly so that good relationships are maintained, while ensuring that the property is well looked after. It gives us total peace of mind knowing that with F5 our property is in very good hands. We would recommend them without reservation.

F5 set the highest standard for letting agents across Belfast. We have rented with them for 2 years, and at every point they have gone above and beyond to support us. Every maintenance or repair issue, of which there were few, were attended to quickly and professionally. The team were always friendly and responsive, taking a personal approach which clearly demonstrated their interest in the wellbeing of their clients. Truly the best experience I have had during my 10 years of renting in Belfast. I would absolutely recommend F5 to any renters or landlords out there who are looking for an excellent service - I haven’t encountered any agency who do a better job. Sending our sincere thanks and appreciation to the team!
