I highly recommend GOC Estate Agency, Belfast. I recently bought my first apartment in Belfast, and the entire experience, from finding the property on their website to completing the purchase, was excellent. I really appreciated being shown around the apartment individually, rather than attending a viewing with a group of other potential buyers. It’s clear that GOC take care to ensure that those viewing properties are genuinely interested, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. Above all, a huge thank you to Jack Massie, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I truly appreciated how he took the time to explain every detail clearly and made sure I understood each step. He was easy to reach and consistently followed up to ensure everything stayed on track. I felt that GOC genuinely cared about helping me find the right place, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend GOC Estate Agents to anyone navigating the property market.

We rented a 5-bedroom student house through GOC Estate Agents and the service has been excellent from start to finish. The team (Kirby and Darrell) were really responsive and made the whole process straightforward, which isn’t always easy with student lets. Communication was clear, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was well-presented and exactly as advertised, and any queries we raised were dealt with promptly. Overall, a really positive experience – we’d definitely highly recommend GOC to other students looking for reliable and professional housing.

The folks at GOC were fantastic to deal with and managed the sale of our home with the utmost professionalism. They took the stress out the whole process. We had our house on the market for only 3 days before we got the offer we wanted. The team at GOC done a fabulous job and we would definitely recommend using them.
