Natalie was lovely, very friendly put me right at east as it was my first visit and a long time since I had a wax. She did a great job with my Brazilian wax. Will definitely come back again☺️

Susan was absolutely brilliant! Ive never had a facial done before and i loved it so much. So relaxing and refreshing. I 100% recommend everyone to come here, it’s really worth it! Cant wait to go back!

Today was my first time to Face First Beauty. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I'd chosen an excellent salon. Everything was sparkling clean and beautifully presented. I booked Natalie based on a glowing recommendation from my colleague. She is usually fully booked, I managed to secure an appointment on a Monday morning. I had a (very thorough) extraction facial, Omnilux and (heavenly) shoulder and scalp massage. I like how calm my face was after the extraction, minimal redness. Natalie also made some ingredients-based recommendations on my skin care routine, without any judgement or sales pitch. She’s a pro! Overall, it was quite a relaxing and enjoyable experience, highly recommend!
