We had a great experience with Factory Direct Furniture. Our delivery team (Sam, Moe, and Ahmed) did an excellent job. We were originally told that installation would take two days, but they completed everything in just one full day. They worked consistently, were respectful of our home, and showed real care in how they assembled everything. I also want to acknowledge Gary, the manager. He was attentive, detail oriented, and kept us informed throughout the ordering process. He helped us finalize our selections and made sure all of the details were correct. Arjun, the first salesman we met, was also helpful and pleasant to work with. Overall, the service from purchase to delivery and setup exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Factory Direct Furniture.

I like the quality of the furniture the prices are high but I purchased a leather reclining livingroom set within a year the one side of the couch malfunction. They ordered the parts but for months they never reached out and told me the parts are coming from China. Once the parts arrived they said they reached out via phone but my phone not in service so how would they leave voicemails. Lies. Than I informed them I was moving and if the parts were in and still no reply. It's been 9 months and still nothing . I relocated and they only reached out because I wrote a bad review . Promises me to swap the set with its value to a new one if I removed the review. False promises never heard from them again. All I want is my couch fixed it's within the warranty I made the request. Do better!!!

Really appreciate the honesty and kindness the staff here have. Absolutely love the couch we purchased. Arjun and Gary helped us so much, and were very well informed. We didn't feel pushed or pressured at all. Thank you!!! Definitely recommend this store.

I'm quite happy with this store! The furniture I purchased is of high quality, strong and comfortable, and looks even better in person. Retailer guys don't just push for a sale; they give you amazing bargains and make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. It felt like I was receiving good value for my money, which is unusual these days. I'll surely come returning when I need additional furnishings. It's good to find a shop where you can trust both the quality and the people you're dealing with. Highly recommended! Location at South Common, Edmonton.

Amazing service! To start with Sarah was amazing at the showroom. We had a bad experience with Ashely Furniture--we found the table and chairs we wanted but they screwed up the order, so we got a full refund. Sarah found the exact table and chairs for us and a better (slightly more expensive) that would actually fit our needs and our dinning room better. She looked at pictures of our dining room and suggested the brown wood table with beige/grey PU leather would be better than the grey one we choose. We confirmed the order and lined up delivery for 1 week later. The delivery came yesterday (Oct 14), and we could'nt be happier. It looks amazing! Thanks Sarah for your attention to detail. The two delivery guys were awesome too. They showed up early, but discovered they had the wrong chairs (we needed the high chairs vs the regular chairs), They immediately when back to the warehouse to get the correct chairs and make everything right! They were respectful, helpful, courteous and solved a small issues of imbalance by adjusting the base. Excellent service! Highly recommended. What a lovely experience. Total opposite of the dismal failure of our Ashley Furniture experience. We will come and visit here again, and will recommend it to our friends and family.
