We bought a couch less than a year ago and noticed a rip along one of the seams. I reached out to Forward Furniture, and they were incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved. They arranged for the couch to be repaired and returned to us within just one business day. We were ecstatic with the level of customer service and how quickly everything was handled. Bought a sectional sleeper sofa from this store, didn't make it a month before all the cushions deflated, called for customer support and the owner Colin laughed at me on the phone asking me "I don't know what you do with your couches" then asked me to send him a photo of the couch to confirm it was purchased from his store and never responded. Wildly unprofessional. Avoid this place. Better off buying off Temu tbh.
