A week ago, my siblings and I accompanied my dad to buy a dining set. We had looked at a few other places and my dad didn't find anything he liked. When we got to Splendid Furnishings, we found a dining set that was just right in terms of aesthetics and function, and it looked well built and durable. We really appreciated the great customer service. We were given time to browse uninterrupted, but when we had questions, they were answered thoroughly by Ali (I believe that's the gentleman's name, my apologies if I got it wrong). He gave us a great price for the dining set and delivery was promptly scheduled for the next day. The delivery was on schedule and went smoothly. We had arranged for assembly as well, and my dad appreciated the professionalism and extreme care the delivery guys took while putting the dining set together. A day later, my dad noticed a small tear on the seat of one of the chairs (likely a manufacturer's defect). When he went back to the store, turns out the delivery guys had already notified them about the issue and they immediately gave him a replacement chair. My dad is really happy with his experience at Splendid Furnishings. We will definitely go back the next time we have any furniture needs!
