I took my son here today and the experience was phenomenal. I’ve never had a barber be so patient with him and prioritize his comfort. Definitely will not be going anywhere else from now on. This is our new spot for sure!

My son got his haircut here the barber did an absolutely amazing job. We had gone to a different place before and they jacked up his hair. John was able to fix it and he left looking sharp. Highly recommend

I was referred here by a friend who had a decent experience. Turns out that only SOME of their barbers know what they are doing. The guy that cut my hair was more focused on cutting up than cutting hair. I get that barbershops are lively but this clown kept walking away and eating cookies during the haircut… Medium fade was so bad I had to go home and buzz my head over the bathroom sink. The haircut was also expensive when compared to the quality of the cut. Edit: I was at the Jordan Lane location.

I had take my (9yo) boy to great clips. He asked for long cut on top, styled with a star shaved over his ear. They did a terrible job! He was embarrassed to be seen. So I called Fade Factory 256 to see if they could fix it. They had me send some pictures and set me up an appointment. Moe did a FANTASTIC job getting rid of the ugly thing they shaved on my baby's head and gave him much better stars on the other side. In addition to the great cut: the staff was super friendly and welcoming and the shop itself was cool. I watched a few other costumers come and go while I waited on my son and every single one looked 100% better when they left. 5/5 Highly Recommend!
