I had a great experience with the service techs (Adrian and Roni) who came out to check my AC unit. They were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how efficient they were in resolving my concern. Excellent service all around and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

This was the first time I used Fairway, and I will use them again for sure. They are now my go to HVAC company. Good work and fair pricing. My techs Raymond and Adrian were super helpful and did great work, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Highly recommended. Neither rain nor sleet nor hail nor snow stops them.

from start to finish, the experience of getting a new ac unit installed in my home was nothing short of exceptional. jesus came out to diagnose our 19-year-old failing system, and his customer service was top-notch. he communicated clearly every step of the way, explained everything in detail, and made sure we were comfortable with the process. the install team fitzroy and kenrick were equally impressive. their professionalism in my home was unmatched. they paid close attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless when they were done. i couldn’t be happier with the work they did. huge thank you to jesus, fitzroy, and kenrick. this team truly sets the standard for what customer care and craftsmanship should look like. highly recommend!
