Falcon Carpet Care is the epitome of superb service with impeccable results. The owner is adamant about rendering top notch carpet cleaning as Mr Joe the technician is very detail oriented. He left my bedroom carpets, stairs, loft and rug looking and smelling amazing. My puppy had been peeing on my living room rug; I knew it was going to be challenging and it would required extra attention. It wasn’t a problem for Joe. I was considering throwing the rug away, but Joe left it looking and smelling amazing. My home feels so much better and the rates are extremely reasonable especially for what they tended to. Based on this experience, Falcon Carpet Care has earned a loyal customer.

Joe did a great job from start to finish. The team was punctual, hardworking, and paid attention to detail. They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and left everything looking refreshed. Falcon carpet care provided great customer service. They responded in a timely manner and were able to schedule my service promptly. Joe Barrera was professional and courteous. His work was excellent. There were two big stains and he was able to get them out. My room looks AMAZING! looks like brand new carpet!!!!!

I had tough pet odors and a few tough stained areas I was desperate to finally be rid of. They came in with honest treatment recommendations to get rid of these. I am so grateful. The urine odor is gone! The carpets look like new. And the rooms smell so fresh! I highly recommend and refer to anyone needing their carpets to look like new.
