My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who provided us with excellent service and products at a great price point. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to return when we require any kind of service or products. We both required cases and screen protectors for two newly purchased phones. His expertise was obvious right from the get go. He offered us various levels of products and wasn't trying to "upsell" us in a way, shape or form. He actually has a machine that manufactures screen protectors for any make of phone. We highly recommend this place of business as the owner is honest and forthright. We were dreading going to Limeridge Mall to fulfill our needs and were so glad that we chose Family 4k Tech. Afterall the word "family" is in the business name and we can assure that it's not there for marketing purposes. From the second we walked through the door we were treated as just that. Noor is a class act all of the way and I promise that you will not be disappointed. Their 4.9⭐️ Google rating speaks for itself. Do yourself a favour and skip the mall as they're located just right down the street.

Noor Issa is a great guy, he helped my husband and I out with a new I phone for my husband after his old I phone stopped working. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help my husband understand his I phone 11 and was generous enough to throw in a screen protector and case. I definitely recommend going to his store he is a great person. There is all kinds of phone accessories your sure to find something. He also does repairs. Please check it out.

My iphone hadn’t been charging properly for 2 months. I live on Concession Street and noticed this phone shop was opening, so I literally waited a few weeks for it to open. This past Friday, I called Family 4K Tech on my way home from work to ask if they fixed phones, and they said yes. When I arrived, I told them I was the one who called, and the person there (I assume the owner) immediately got to work on my phone. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed my charging port on the spot using tweezers and air, and now my phone charges like normal again. He genuinely seems to care about his customers. The store is small and neat, with some phone products and accessories available. I usually take my Google reviews seriously and don’t hand out 5 stars easily, but I had a great experience here and highly recommend anyone near Concession to check this place out.

I had very good experience here. Owner is so much friendly, knowledgeable and experience guy. I went there fix my samsung note 10 plus display that was broken from my hand few days ago. He ordered my phone display and fixed it within 2 days . Now everything working nicely. To be honest, price is also reasonable than other places. I will 100 recommend come here fixed your phone here.

Took my pixel 8 in two days ago, got it back last night(when he got the parts, it took him maybe half an hour). I'm very happy with the repairs, price was better than other places I called around to about the issue I was having. Very friendly service. The Fennell location is extremely tiny, Concession location where I'm taking it they will be relocating or expanding, is bigger but was unsure if I was in the right place because it's just getting set up. All in all I am glad I took my phone in to family4k, and while I hope to not need more repairs on my phone, if I do I will be taking it back here
