Absolutely the best place to go for customer service. Kind, compassionate people with very reasonable prices and still willing to help someone even though there are people who have taken advantage of their kindness. 💛⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable fella at this shop. Customer service is amazing and thoughtful. He even advised me to consider if I wanted to invest in bringing the old laptop back from the dead...but I still did...and it is doing exactly what I want for hundreds less than a new machine with less specs.
