Extremely helpful and knowledgeable fella at this shop. Customer service is amazing and thoughtful. He even advised me to consider if I wanted to invest in bringing the old laptop back from the dead...but I still did...and it is doing exactly what I want for hundreds less than a new machine with less specs.
