I got a really old wedding VHS tape from my parents. The tape had mold and broken parts, but Pooja took the time and effort to restore the tape with care and converted it to digital form! I was really happy to be able to watch this tape again with my family!
Wonderful overall experience. I had photos from 1975 that Puja digitized, and she went above and beyond to color-correct, improve a few blemishes on the pictures, and overall made them look wonderful while still being a true representation of the original picture. She was also extremely kind, honest, and fair. Highly recommend!

I had an old audio cassette tape that had very precious memories to our family, but the tape had come off from the hub on one end. Plus, I want to convert the content on the tape to a more use-able format digital media, such as a CD, which I can still play. For a very special occasion, I needed a quick turn around and Family Memories fixed the cassette tape and duplicated the content on a CD in just 4 hours after I dropped it off. And, they are so nice and friendly too! Pooja was so helpful and worked to make it possible for me to have a very special surprise for the weekend.
Puja converted my tape to USB for a great price. She is EXTREMELY kind and a pro at her craft. She was able to splice together all the wrinkled damaged bits of my tape and because of her patience and will to go the extra mile, I get to hear my dad’s voice again.
