Pooja was a pleasure to work with. Having discovered an old cassette tape that included the voice of my grandmother, since deceased, I was hesitant to use any service that required me to mail the tape out and possibly lose it. I also needed to return the tape to my mother (the actual owner) prior to leaving on a trip for a few months. She was slightly more pricey than other local bay area competitors I had googled and yelped. However, one didn't want to deal with a project of my small size, another had actually moved out of state, and I didn't want to deal with possible downtown parking in San Francisco or need to drive up to an hour each way TWICE to both drop off and THEN pick up the single tape because no one could offer one-day service. Pooja was very responsive and cared about my project and why I was seeking to geta digitized copy for me and each my siblings. She was able to turnaround the order quickly and arranging pick-up was easy.
