The search spanned six months and involved extensive communication via phone calls and texts. Scott responded promptly, was always available by phone, and demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of local streets, properties, and market values. He remained patient and professional despite the significant time commitment. Notably, Scott advised us to withdraw from one contract after an inspection revealed substantial issues. My wife and I recently sold our first home and bought our second home with Family Realty. We had such a good experience with Chris years ago when we bought our first home there was no doubt we wanted to use him again. We sent all of our friends their way when they started looking for houses as well. They are honest, friendly, communicate well, and go out of their way to help with anything you may need. We had to have a few repairs done on our old house before selling and Chris put us in contact with licensed contractors that did great work at fair prices. Thank you Chris and Taylor for helping us find our new home!

Susie was great with the entire process! She helped us buy our house when we moved to Louisville almost 10 years ago, and now she helped us buy a house with our son for his first home purchase. Susie Gullett is flat out wonderful. She gave us great advice on getting our long-time home ready for sale, then sold the house in 48 hours. She followed up, helping with details, making sure everything went well through our move and doing all sorts of things that made everything easier.
