We worked with Tammy Carpanini to sell our home and buy a new home and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Tammy listened to what we were looking for in a new home and made recommendations when we asked for them. She helped us get our home ready to sell and suggested appropriate changes to make to our home before listing. As a family that has two very young children and is low on free time, the level of assistance and support that Tammy gave us was invaluable without being pushy or over bearing.

She worked hard to understand what we were looking for in a house (even when we weren’t entirely sure), was relentless during our search, guided us with great clarity, and then helped us buy the perfect house once we found it! Emily was so wonderful with helping us buy our condo 2 years ago, and now walking us through selling! From tips for making it open-house ready, to being available 24/7 for all our questions. You are in good hands with her!! We also had the pleasure of meeting Taylor who is very knowledgeable about pricing right and staging. A huge bonus is the little events they hold for their clients. Whitney did mini photo sessions at Cherokee park, and we just got engaged so it’s perfect timing lol. So grateful for this teams help!!
