It was explicit nice and wonderful nice guys coming out , very friendly Jennifer was not giving any difficult times we can definitely 💯 book her and the guys out again we had no kids complaining except it could be suggested to place on more grass sides because one child had an injury coming down the slide hopes he’s ok and other than that it’s a big kid slide reccomended older than 10 or tall kids.
Unreliable! Go somewhere else! I ordered a bounce house for my daughter's birthday and come the day of I hadn't heard from them at all, and it was an hour after they were supposed to arrive. I finally called, no answer, I then emailed and sent a message on their website and I finally got a call back 30 minutes later with someone asking me questions and telling me to send them my info. They then called me back to tell me that they missed my order and had no one to deliver it so they were just going to give me back the money. The lady said sorry, but she wasn't apologetic, it didn't sound sincere, it aounded like more of an inconvenience to them. Which is crazy because I'm the one that was put out. So I had a bunch of kids and no bounce house. Trust me, go somewhere else. Read the other reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to.
Jumping Sons brokered out a mechanical bull from Famous Moonwalk. Wasn’t impressed with the service. They did not arrive until 15 minutes before my event after I had already confirmed with the owner they would arrive between 6-6:30 (Party was at 7). And to be quite honest, 30 minutes before an event is not the time to set something up. Upon arrival, he started to bang on my window because the door wasn’t answered immediately. They didn’t finish setting up until 20 minutes into my event so we lost time. And then demanded payment as soon as they finished setting up without services rendered, after a deposit had already been made. As soon as the three hour mark hit, they showed us the time and packed up. No time or money was compensated despite setting up during the party time. The operator also urinated in my yard, in front of my party guests also. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t use again.
We love Famous Moonwalks! They have a wonderful selection, fair pricing, and superb customer service! This is our 3rd time renting from them and we look forward to many more!
Excellent customer service, I’m so happy I contracted them for my daughter’s quinceañera. The owner Karina was very nice and professional as well as her staff. She went out of her way to accommodate my daughter’s special event. They were on time, prices are reasonable, huge selection to choose from. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Famous Moonwalk for making that day remarkable. 🌹🌹🌹I have used them before for all my special events and they have always exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend you guys to any family and friends
