I spoke with the mostly lovely gal at their front desk, Wendy. While they did not offer the very specific socialized service I needed, she went above and beyond to get me info on companies that she could refer me to. I will definitely be coming here for any other service I need based on my experience with Wendy!

Booked an appointment in the morning for late afternoon. Left work early for the appointment, and when I arrived, they told me the doctor was out for a family emergency. Things happen, and I wouldn’t give a negative review for something unavoidable, but the issue is no one reached out to me to let me know. No email or phone call from the staff whatsoever. The funny thing is I saw a review from last year expressing almost this exact same issue, which makes me wonder if this is a common occurrence.

I’ve been here a few times and every year I always receive the best service! Everyone is super friendly and you really feel cared for here. They got me every deal they could on my year supply of contacts without even having to ask :) I recently moved away from the area to Buda, but I still make the ~ hour drive because it’s well worth it. Thank y’all!

I have been a client at Far West Optical for over three years. They always get me in if I need to be seen within a very reasonable time frame. They are very friendly and professional. All the Doctors and Staff I have interacted with have been exceptional!
