Working with Jessica over the past six months has been life changing. Through our sessions, I've gained tools to think more positively, set healthy boundaries, and make choices that align with what I want in life. Best investment I have made!

Working with Jessica has been transformative. Instead of following a traditional route, we shifted to a more somatic approach, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. The experience was deeply enriching and stabilizing, shining light on my shadows and revealing insights I hadn’t uncovered even after years of therapy. Jessica’s intuition is remarkable—she knows how to nurture, hold space, and balance that with gentle yet firm accountability. Her hands-on work was especially powerful, helping my nervous system reset and releasing patterns I didn’t even realize I was carrying. She’s also an incredible breathwork practitioner—her group sessions are not to be missed. On top of that, she’s wickedly funny and helped me reconnect with my feminine side. The work is never done, but Jessica made it feel less like work, more like a voyage. I plan to dip back in for tune-ups from time to time - we all need them. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for a holistic, tailored, and deeply impactful coaching experience.

Working with Jessica transformed my life - I am a single mom with a busy career who was overwhelmed and looking externally to fill the emptiness I was feeling inside. Jessica helped me discover and uncover a depth of self-love and appreciation that has built a foundation that I turn to daily. She's not only taught me about the importance of going inward, getting curious, and getting quiet but she gave me tangible tips and tools to help me do exactly those things. I loved having the opportunity to leave her Voxer messages when I was in the moment working through something. Her guidance and advice was always revolutionary and inspiring. I have evolved into someone that I am now proud to be which was something I always longed to be - my personal journey and self work will continue for the rest of my life but for the first time, I am excited about what the future holds because of all of the magic that Jessica has brought to my perspective. I can't recommend working with her enough!

When I came to Jessica, I was at a low point in my life experiencing feelings of depression & anxiety. Through Jessica's support, I was able to identify & understand a lot of the reasons why I was feeling how I was feeling which allowed me to shift my mindset towards transformation vs. being stuck in the same vicious cycle. She provided thoughtful tools & feedback throughout the entire process that I am still working on implementing today. She is such a light and always, ALWAYS holds space for whatever you are experiencing in the moment. If you are looking for someone to give you honest & unwavering support, Jessica is the coach for you!

Working with Jessica was a very unexpected and impactful experience for me at a time in my life where it was needed more than ever! 6 months ago, I was all but ready to give up on my future and everything I had dreamed of for me and my family stemming from years of chronic pains, illness, and some unresolved childhood issues causing me so much struggle and pain. Jessica has the natural ability to make you feel so comfortable in some of the hardest conversations and also makes you feel worthy of the things you deserve. We worked together to sift through and bring light to many neglected parts of myself, and this is where the healing began. I am not out of the woods yet, but thanks to this coaching process, I have a renewed vision and lots of hope going forward. I NEVER would have been able to get here on my own. Be ready to open your heart and do the work, and you are capable of big change. I will forever be thankful, and inspired by Jessica Sheaffer!

Working with Coach Jessica these past 6 months has left me feeling really light with relief at the end, but also inspired to take action because she’s lifted incredible weight off my shoulders by teaching me to believe in myself above all else. She was super dedicated to working through barriers and obstacles caused by my past trauma. Coach Jess was the mother I never had, comforting me for feeling negative emotions while dutifully explaining how I solve my problems and feel better! She’s truly an inspirational businesswoman who built her own business from the ground up, which is so admirable and inspirational for business women who want to be successful. Overall, Coach has been a priceless impact on my journey as a young adult and once I’m established in my career, I hope to repay her by recommending her nonstop to anybody who seeks guidance from THE warm and authentic life coach, Coach Jessica, because her program works and I am evidence of it!
