I had the superbly phenomenal pleasure of working with Lydia on my case. Lydia has a lovely positive attitude and is surrounded with floating stars of caring, kindness, understanding and patience. She is simply the epitome of an attorney who truly ‘gets it’. I could not have asked for anyone better as I’ve never sought an attorney or legal counsel for anything. Lydia made it easy for me to explain my circumstances, swiftly guided me through an ‘iffy’ process that frightened me and calmly put my mind at ease. Yes, I’m absolutely aware that Lydia isn’t an attorney, and she was up front with this fact but I feel as if there was no need to meet with an attorney. Best outcome possible! I had been dealing with nagging back and neck pain from a car accident that was not my fault. The at-fault party's insurance was offering me barely anything to cover my medical bills, my provider was not addressing the underlying cause of my pain, and I was so stressed out about the whole situation. I came in for a consultation with Ty Farnsworth and he offered to take my case. They recommended I start doing physical therapy, took on managing all correspondence with my previous medical provider, and I didn't have to speak to any insurance company again. My case had to transition to a lawsuit to preserve my claim, but Colin Strickland and Lydia Vilce made that process easy. A few months later after negotiations were complete, I received a claim check for my struggles and all my medical bills were taken care of by the settlement. I can't say the big red sign on their building made me give them a call, but I'm so glad Farnsworth and Vance handled my case.
