These guys were the only ones, that really cared about the process when I called them over the phone. I drove over an hour, because they seemed more knowledgeable than the other six places I called. When I was on the phone with them, asking a lot of questions, they didn't get mad or seem uninterested! Store was clean and didn't smell bad. They fixed my iPhone 12 pro max screen in 20 minutes! Came to get my phone fixed 3 weeks ago. Yes i did drop the phone accidentally. It was a small crack which did not affect the screen functions at all. 2 weeks later the screen completely stopped working. I came and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I would have to repay because the small insignificant crack.
