Absolutely fantastic experience! I came in to get my screen repaired, and not only did they fix it quickly and perfectly, but they also went the extra mile and cleaned out my charging port for me. My phone looks brand new and charges like it’s supposed to again. Great customer service, honest work, and very helpful. You can tell they actually care about taking care of people, not just rushing through repairs. Highly recommend this shop if you need any phone repairs done!

My laptop fell off of a table and stopped turning on. I am a student currently enrolled in classes, so I needed to get it fixed quickly (and reasonably priced). I have never experienced better service/ communication from a repair store before. Kit told me his hypothesis right away, and I immediately knew from his confidence that I needed to get my repair here. They outlined costs multiple times, making sure I was comfortable and got my computer fixed in 2 days, even with the part being out of stock. Scott also helped in this repair. I cannot thank you guys enough!

I want to commend David, who repaired my daughter's phone screen. He did an awesome and amazing job!!! It looked brand new. David was so very kind , and so helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns, with such patience and great knowledge. I just thank God I thank Jesus for such a wonderful outstanding employee!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 he went way over 10. He exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend David!!!

I took my first generation PS3 to UBreakiFix today to have some maintenance done. I just needed new paste put on the processor since it's rather old, and other than installing an SSD, I had never had anything done to it. And I had been told it needed that done. I dropped it off, and the technician told me it would probably be a couple of days before it would be ready, because he would be off the next couple of days. No problem, I made myself content to wait until he called me on Thursday or Friday. I got home, and 30 minutes after, I got a text, then a call. " Your PS3 is ready, you can come pick it up" To say the least I was very impressed with the fast service. Brought it home, hooked it up, and it plays excellent, and it's ( ' whisper quiet now ' ). Thanks for the fast service!
