Had an excellent Customer Experience with Scott/Mgr and Eden at Fast-Fix KoP to replace a couple of watch batteries. I appreciated Scott giving me the price and warranty before I made my way to the King of Prussia Mall location. I like the 5-year warranty business model at FFJ. It provides a ‘service contract’ that I know will be of benefit to me as these batteries typically have 1-3 year life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED service provider.

I absolutely adored my experience getting my watch fixed here!! Weirdly felt like walking into a tattoo shop in that the watchsmith(?) was very obviously knowledgable and experienced and even took the time to break down exactly what was wrong. Was ready in like half an hour, I thought it would be another week before I saw my watch again! Very kind and will be back for any future jewelry or watch related needs.
