My husband and I took 2 of his 10k gold chains in for repair, not knowing what to expect as far as service and cost would be. I have to say we are both highly impressed with this business and its staff! We were taken care of right away and the price was very reasonable. We went in on a Saturday (it was slightly busy), and after we were quoted we were told it would most likely be finished Sunday or Monday. We were given a receipt ticket that had our information they’d be contacting us with as well as cost. We received a text 2 hours later stating it was ready! Even better than what we were expecting! The checkout process was very smooth and accurate on what we were quoted for. I would recommend going here for purchases as well as jewelry repairs you may have. So so happy with the service we received!

You guys are the best! Very friendly & I love being texted when my watch is ready. When my battery doesn’t make it the full warranty length, you are even cheerful to replace it at your own expense. I love your mall locations, but I honestly don’t get much shopping done before you are done (dh says it saves $$ haha)! Even tonite, days before Christmas and busy…I brought you 2 watches for batteries and the third to resize…and you were done in under an hour! :)

I am a business owner and took my family heirloom watch in to get a quote on getting the glass replaced and it took them two weeks and then they never sent me the quote for the glass. They sent me a quote for a $400 cleaning that I never asked for and they caused new damage to my watch while I was there and then told me that to leave otherwise that they were gonna call the cops I would not do business here. Bought this watch a while back and needed it adjusted. These guys nailed it and had it done quicker than what they had originally stated. Picked up really good quality jewelry at Christmas time too. Staff is helpful and friendly. They are a solid go-to!

I had my wedding ring resized, soldered together & cleaned here. Absolutely beautiful work & was ready for pickup within 30 minutes. Amanda & Bailey were so helpful & knowledgeable!
