After visiting so many jewelers, I finally walked into Landmark Jewelers- and it was the first time I felt truly understood. My son had recently passed away in a tragic hit-and -run motorcycle accident, and I was searching for something meaningful and simple that I could wear every day. Everywhere else I went, I was shown large flashy ash holders that didn't match my aesthetic and didn't feel like him. I also didn't want his ashes kept somewhere that could be damaged, especially since I never take my jewelry off. But at Landmark, everything was different. They listened with genuine compassion and never once made me feel rushed, pressured, or misunderstood. We worked together- all of us- to design a simple, beautiful band using just a small amount of my son's ashes, in a way that felt safe, subtle, and deeply personal. They even had the jeweler send me a video of my son's ashes being added into the gold, so I could see with my own eyes that David would truly be with me in the ring. That meant more to me than I can ever express. Throughout the entire process, they comforted me and never made me feel embarrassed for being a crying mess everytime I came in. Their kindness carried me through some incredibly heavy moments. And the ring... I absolutely love the ring we created. It brings me comfort every single day, and I never take it off. It feels like a piece of my son I can keep close to me in the most meaningful way. Landmark Jewelers didn't just make a ring - they gave me peace to my heart. We walked in to Landmark Jewelers this am for our first stop to shop for a 55 th Wedding Anniversary diamond ring. Gary greeted us, listened to what I wanted, and found the perfect ring for me. No more stressing out, and didn’t have to go to the mall to shop any further. I am so happy. Thank you so much Gary for your fantastic personal service!

Gary and his business partner are fantastic! I was referred by a colleague and now never need to look for anywhere else to buy or sell jewelry. Gary is open about the process, what you're getting, and I have never felt pressured or uneasy about anything. You're welcomed in and catered to (offered us margaritas while having my wife's wedding ring cleaned) and they even go out of their way to do the small things. I'm more than comfortable recommending them to everyone and will be with them indefinitely. If you're looking for anything jewelry, come here.

We have been using Landmark Jewelers for years. Gary and Paul have done beautiful work for us. We have purchased new jewelry and done jewelry repairs on other non-Landmark Jewelry and the quality of the work is excellent. We sometimes create our own jewelry designs with their expert guidance. Our appraisals often come back at a higher price than what we paid. They were also extremely helpful in identifying value pieces when we inherited some of my mother’s jewelry. They go out of their way to meet our requirements and deliver on time. We highly recommend them.

I adore the owners of Landmark Jewelers. I feel so comfortable and welcome when I’m there, as if they’ve been friends of mine for years. Most importantly though, they do exceptional work. It’s timely and my rings are beautiful, whether I’m having them re-sized or re-set. The gentlemen are helping me create a custom designed necklace with some diamonds I recently inherited. I can’t wait for the finished product. You must stop in Landmark Jewelers. You and your jewelry will be in the best of hands.
